**Refund and Cancellation Policy – Sagiraa A2 Diary Products**
At Sagiraa, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Please take note of our refund and cancellation policy for A2 diary products:
1. **Changes in Delivery Schedule:**
– Any changes to the delivery schedule must be communicated before 4 pm, a day before the scheduled delivery.
– Changes can be made through the Sagiraa Website.
2. **Cancellation and Returns:**
– Milk orders, once dispatched, cannot be canceled or returned.
– In case of unavailability of a product, we may cancel the contract, notifying you promptly and refunding any payment made.
3. **Subscription Cancellation:**
– If a subscription is canceled in time, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged.
– The remaining amount, including the initial delivery charge, will be refunded or re-credited to your debit card within 10-14 days.
4. **Wrong Item Delivered:**
– In the rare event of delivering a wrong item, you have the right to reject it, and a full refund will be processed for the missing item.
5. **Puffed or Damaged Packs:**
– For puffed or damaged packs, please return them through our delivery person on the same day or the next day.
– Your feedback is valuable, and calling us between 7 am – 4 pm is appreciated to help us understand and address the issue.
6. **Refund Process:**
– Refunds will be initiated within 5-10 working days from the date of the cancellation of the order.
– Refund modes:
– Net Banking: Bank account online transfer
– Debit Card: Bank account online transfer
7. **Non-Appearance of Refund:**
– If your refund does not appear in your account within the expected time, contact customer care for further assistance.
